DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - Investors flocked to the Gem City to hear about investment opportunities in Dayton's downtown core and urban neighborhoods.

It's easy to get the partnerships you need. And you're going to make a great social impact in Dayton."
Since 2010, Dayton has seen over $1 billion in investment in the urban core.
